Photoshop CC 2015 - Not opening / loading anything

Came across this issue a few days ago where nothing will open in Photoshop.
New documents will not open, previous saves would not open.

Only a reboot of the pc would fix the issue until it occurred again.

It seems the issue was my SSD drive and the ram caching mode it was using.

I have a Crucial MX100 SSD and i have the  Momentum Cache feature enable.
 (uses some of your RAM as a boost)

Once i disabled the Momentum Cache, all seems fine and photoshop is behaving normally.

On Samsung SSD drives the feature is called RAPID.
