Playing some steam games on my android tablet via the Steam Link app. Had to try LiS :) It works quite well, very fast and responsive... but really need a controller to get the full benefit.

Google updated the keyboard and now called Gboard. Nice thing is the custom background options where you can change colors or even set a picture! It lets you adjust the size and brightness so it won't overpower the keys themselves.

After an update messenger for my android tablet started opening links in what i assume is its own internal web browser. Any links from friends be they imgur, youtube even fucking facebook links when through this shitty browser and not the corresponding app! Yeh I know.. stop using it. I'm trying to convince my friends to jump to another chat/messenger but they are too entrenched in messenger to move.  So did the normal uninstall/reinstall - nothing changed. Reset android defaults to all apps - no change. Told messenger app NOT to open links - nothing changed. So figured I will install the last version and headed over to apkmirror site. After a few attempts with different version finally got one that worked! Links open with their own apps and all is OK. Version is 94.0.0.18.70 is the one that worked.

So i have had this tablet since it first came out (still going strong!) and have always had issues with Bluetooth. Oh I'm using the default google play app. Wether its connecting to my cars audio system or my room speakers it will always have some issue eg.      It will connect to my car system fine, but always start in PAUSE or not be detected at all!. So it means opening the tablet and pressing play. Once that's done it plays but the car controls will not function to skip a song or adjust volume. Its only when i manually hit the next song button that somehow wakes up the car controls. Another issue was it took a long time to connect to my room bluetooth speaker, like minutes! Then all of a sudden 1-2 weeks ago everything started working! Tablet connects to car without me touching it and controls work right of the bat. I have not touched the car system in any way. Also now room speaker connects immediately! Again nothing touched. I cant help this was ...

Kinda dull name.. don't even like Nougat.

This bugged me for a while. Selecting Do not disturb from the pull down menu, the Until option was not avail. Even restarting the tablet would not work. But now its back! Don't know how or why but I hope it sticks.

I have set up my tablet to play Max's notification tone from the game for new items like email, messenger and twitter. I don't know why but it makes me smile when i hear that tone and think back on the game :) It seems to work fine, but your experience may vary. Here is an example: You can even change the Clock app alarm to your fave mp3 track: Its easy to do with this free app from google play store called Rings Extended . Link here. Grab the ringtone from the Life is Strange game and copy it to your music folder. Just some info on how to set up a changing wallpaper for your android tablet or phone like below.. First grab a few screenshots (I use the Life is Strange Arcadia Bay menu pics as they change from day, night, sunset, etc). Located here Place them inside a folder on your device (mine are in Pictures/Life is Strange folder) You will need to number them so they change in sequence or not up to you.
