Photogrammetry - Tree stump 360 degree

Image
So i went back to the tree stump, and took some more pictues around the back to do a 360 coverage. It now includes the Ant hill on the stump. What was so impressive is all i did was add the new photos to the old 180 degree set of photos and got a nice result! Added some grass and rendered out..

So got the trusty Nikon P900 (yes yes i know its a zoom and not a prime lens) and tried it out on a tree stump (i think everybody's first is a tree stump or a rock) I had watched a few youtube clips and knew a little on what to do and started taking shots during an overcast day. Camera was set to manual with fixed settings for every shot. Imported into Photoscan and then followed some first time workflows youtube clips on creating the sparse, dense clouds, editing and fixing the model and so on. First attempt 180 deg created in Photoscan with 15 pictures: I was kinda shocked how nice this looked. The detail is great on the stump but the ground.. well that's just amazing the detail it picked up. So i wanted to look at this in blender, so created the texture in Photoscan, exported the model as OBJ. I did a quick and messy dessolve to get  low poly model, saved and then used
